REMINDER to our clients

We will be taking REQUESTS for a hampers for the July 22nd distribution starting TUESDAY July 14th.

On JULY 22nd if you do not have a number and time when you arrive,  you will be given a number and a time that you will have to come back at, to get your hamper.

Here is how you can REQUEST a HAMPER....

Already registered client:
- Your First and last name
- Phone number we can reach you at

New Client:

- Email address we can reach you at
- How many people in your household
- Age of your children

Once we have received your request, we will contact you  with your number and a time for you to come pick up your hamper.

ATTENTION FOOD BANK CLIENTS

Changes to APRIL Distribution days.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic and to help maintain the health and wellness of our volunteers and clients we have made the decision to be open
APRIL 1 and 29 ONLY.
NO DISTRIBUTION APRIL 15.
Larger hampers will go out April 1.

Keep in mind that things change quickly
And if we need to change those dates or communicate with you any other information, we will do so via Facebook and our website! So please check these often!

 DISTRIBUTION

Changes for food bank day!

Please stay in your vehicle when you arrive at the food bank! Someone will be directing where you need to park.

If you walk, please wait at your designated pick up area, which is near the corner by the parking lot!

Stay in your car- Watch for signs- please be patient! We are doing our best to keep ourselves and you guys safe and healthy!

REMINDER: please use the bathroom before coming to the food bank. There will be NO ADMITTANCE into the hut or the church!

To Our Food Bank Clients

 

The next number of distribution days will look quite different from what you are used to.

In light of the current COVID-19 Situation, we are implementing a few changes immediately.

  1. There will be no admittance into the hut. Food hampers will be brought outside. Please use bathroom facilities prior to coming to the food bank.
  2. Please respect a 6ft zone around all volunteers and clients of the food bank.
  3. Please be patient as this will be a learning experience for everyone.
  4. If you know of others that use the food bank but do not have social media, please let them know that there will be changes and to be patient with our volunteers and other clients.
  5. As always, line ups will only be starting at 1:45.
  6. There will be no inside registrations. However, if you are new or need to re-register, a form may be sent home with you asking for information. Please do your best to fill out the information and get it back to us at the next distribution, via Facebook Messenger or Email.
